  • Installation: For large appliances (Chimneys, Hobs, etc.), the product must be unboxed only by a Kutchina authorized technician to maintain warranty validity.

5. Warranty and Service Policy

  • Standard Warranty: Most Kutchina appliances come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of installation/purchase.
  • Registration: To avail of the warranty, customers must register their product with Kutchina within 15 days of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover consumables (filters, candles, glass parts, rubber parts) or damages caused by voltage fluctuations, external factors, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Jurisdiction: All service disputes are subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property
